The parish church of St. Vitus was built between 1863 and 1865. A year later the organ was built by Jakob Schumacher.

Exactly 100 years after completion, i.e. in 1965, the entire interior was redesigned during renovation work. Most of the 19th-century furnishings have been removed, but the figures remain. In 1988 there was also an exterior renovation.

Road cycling

Very nice church (from the outside - inside I was not). In appearance, the church reminds me a little of the churches in Ireland (for example St. Patrick's or Christ Church Cathedral). In any case, I was very surprised about the architectural style, as we are rather used to baroque churches.
