Königshof (21)
The former "Königshof" (administrative building of the Ortenau bailiwick) was designed between 1714 and 1717 by the Vorarlberg master builder Dominik Elmenreich based on the plans of Michael Ludwig Rohrer from Baden-Baden, the builder of Schloss Favorite in Rastatt.

The sign on site also describes that the Margraves of Baden-Baden commissioned the palace as bailiwicks (=administrators of the king/emperor) and that is why their coat of arms is displayed above the balcony door.
