The old botanical garden is now a small green area with a large playground and playhouse for the district youth council in Munich-City, a large beer garden and the Neptune fountain. From here you have a good view of the imposing palace of justice in the neo-baroque style. Exhibitions are sometimes held in the art pavilion. At the western end, on Karl-Stützel-Platz, you can marvel at the Ring from 1996. A monumental steel sculpture. On the eastern edge there is a classical portal through which you can get to Stachus.
