The bathing lake Niedernberg, called Honisch Beach by the locals, is a paradise for small and large "water rats". Beach volleyball and a water playground await at "Honisch Beach", an idyllic and instructive path leads around the lake. The Silbersee is also the only lake in northern Bavaria that can be dived with breathing apparatus.
