The Großer and Kleiner Wummsee are located in the north of Brandenburg and their banks border directly on Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The 12-kilometer-long lake circular hiking trail through the Wummsee and Twernsee nature reserve allows you to experience original natural habitats and offers fascinating views of the crystal-clear water areas. In 2021, the circular hiking trail was certified by the German Hiking Association as a quality hiking trail in the “Dream Tour” category.
