The Ibbenbüren pagan tower in spring. The tower ruin was probably part of a medieval castle, which was the ancestral seat of the noblemen of Ibbenbüren. In 1996, a memorial stone is erected with clay tablets and an inscription: The mendicant tower surrounds the secret of the great unknown.
