La Tradotta Cycle and Pedestrian Path (Montebelluna–Nervesa della Battaglia Former Railway)

From Nervesa to Montebelluna, on an old Great War railway: simple, for everyone, you can take it from any location. It will be perfect in a few years, when the plants are thick and sheltered from the summer sun. But in the meantime it can be done in any other season: well signposted and equipped with drinking fountains. I recommend taking it from Nervesa to Montebelluna because then, in a ring, you can return to the Canale del Bosco road which, slightly downhill, runs along the southern side of Montello, parallel to the railway.

Cycle and pedestrian path inaugurated in May 2020 by the will of the Bosco del Montello Consortium. It follows the original route of the Montebelluna - Susegana railway translation used for the transport of military units on the Piave front during the Great War. The section usable today, 16 km long, goes from Via Gazie in Montebelluna to Via Madonnetta in Nervesa della Battaglia, crossing the municipalities of Volpago and Giavera del Montello.

A path of excellence, on light gravel overlooking beaten earth. It runs along the Montebelluna - Nervesa della Battaglia route and is located near the Montello hills, an ideal destination for bikers and cyclists.
