Gottlob Johann Christian Kunth (June 12, 1757 in Baruth – November 22, 1829 in Berlin) was a German politician and educator.
After attending the pedagogical school in Halle (since 1772), which he completed very quickly, Kunth began studying law in Leipzig against the wishes of his father, who had intended him to study theology had to.
