Absolutely avoid !! Mainly loose ground (gravel) with huge drainage furrows across the "road". Since this section is very steep, the rainwater shoots unhindered without drain system down the mountain, therefore, the great erosion. Only suitable for pedestrians.

Road cycling
I rode the road bike here yesterday. The section is steep, mainly with weathered asphalt (see photos) and short gravel sections. Startup is exhausting but feasible. From a descent with the road bike, I would advise against it.
