Road cycling
The three-part bronze village church bell is at least half a millennium old. The oldest and smallest bell was made in 1463. In 1500, the second bell was made by the “enigmatic foundry Jaur in Halle,” according to the brochure that was published in 2000 on the 950th anniversary of Sollnitz's first mention. The largest of the three bells, with a diameter of 93 centimeters, is the youngest. In 1590 it was cast in the Erfurt bell foundry by Eckart Kucher.
