Haideburg Hunting Lodge in the Mosigkau Heath near Dessau-Roßlau.

Information:

Built between 1782 and 1783, this two-story brick building is designed in the Neo-Gothic style. It is believed to have been modeled on a smaller version of the Prussian coronation palace in Königsberg. An extension and several outbuildings were added in 1903.

The Haideburg hunting lodge was built in the years 1782/83 under Prince Franz and by Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff. Important elements of the Königsberg Castle were incorporated. This castle no longer exists today; it was destroyed in the Second World War, while the Haideburg hunting lodge survived the war unharmed.
At first glance, it looks like a church to me.
Even at the time of its construction, the castle served as a forester's lodge.
Nothing has changed in this regard to this day. On selected dates (Open Monument Day), the castle and forester's lodge can be visited.

Built between 1782 and 1783 by Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff, the palace is an important example of Anhalt Neo-Gothic architecture and an early example of Romantic German ruin architecture. It is a rectangular, two-story brick building with an adjoining narrow side wing. The southwest extension features a ruined gable between two octagonal towers. The tall, five-story northeast tower has four bay turrets.
