Villa Schwalbenhof is a building located in Gärtringen. Today the house is used by the community as a cultural and event center. It also houses a memorial for the writer, journalist and literary critic Friedrich Sieburg.

In 1957, the Villa Schwalbenhof was built by the architect Fritz August Breuhaus de Groot on behalf of the manufacturer Erich Kiefer. Friedrich Sieburg, who was a regular guest of the house, married Erich Kiefer's widow Alwine after his death, so that the villa became Sieburg's last residence in 1963. Sieburg died in 1964.

Since 1982, the villa, which was acquired by the Gärtringen community four years earlier, has served as a cabaret stage. It is a venue for cabaret, music, literature, theater and children's theatre. In 2012 and 2013, the building was extensively renovated in accordance with the requirements of a listed building and converted into a culture and event center. Since then, additional club and seminar rooms have been housed there. Since then, it has also been possible to rent rooms for private celebrations and company events, as well as to hold wedding ceremonies. On September 15, 2013, the ceremonial reopening took place with an open day.

On the occasion of Sieburg's hundredth birthday, on May 18, 1993, the municipality of Gärtringen opened a memorial for Friedrich Sieburg in the tower room of the villa. In connection with the extensive renovation of Villa Schwalbenhof in 2012/2013, the exhibition was redesigned. It is now in the Great Hall ("Erich-Kiefer-Saal") and can only be viewed by prior arrangement with the municipal administration.
