I only made it halfway down on a bike- had to get off several times and the pathway is all cut up. There is a nice public gravel path on the other side of the field which is easily accessible.

The second segment of Northwick walk-(that connects to Watford Road) looked a bit scary and narrow ( not sure why they aren't maintained better)- probably ok. I just cut across the field
