We have both Javelinas, the small pig-like hoofed mammal of the family Tayassuidae also called a peccary found in the sculpture, and Pronghorn Antilopes, the fastest land animal, when considering sustained speed of a maximum 61 miles per hour of the species artiodactyl mammal. The plant is an agave or "century plant" of the genus monocots, which puts forth a large shoot as depicted to pollinate, and having thus flowered one time, then dies. The plant the javelina has nibbled on in the sculpture is called a prickly pear cactus called Opuntia.
