Today's listed property was built in 1873 and completed by 1923. But there was already a good at this point. The estate, which had run down due to the socialist era and the upheavals after the fall of the Wall, has been restored since 2007 and is now used on the one hand as a residential building and on the other hand as a building for the non-profit association Rittergut Todtenkopf & Landschaft e.V. with four guest rooms and a hall.
