Inaugurated in the spring of 2011, this walk of about 10 km makes you discover the region, with for companion the peaceful river Talent. From Montheron, this marked hiking trail will take you to Echallens, after crossing the Assens forests. This will give you the opportunity to discover the Moulin d'Assens, today converted into a restaurant of excellent reputation.
