Great view from the bridge into the Weisach stream bed.

Natural spectacle. The Krebs Wasserfall is one of the rather unknown waterfalls in the Oberallgäu and is fed by the Weißach. You can also see it from the bridge on the opposite side of the dam when you look down. But if you want to see it in all its splendor, you have to take the trail towards Aach in front of the bridge. Unfortunately, there is no vantage point, so you have to leave this `` way`` and have to beat through the easy Untergehölz direction Weißach. Who has done that, will be rewarded with a view of a very beautiful waterfall. Since the water level was very low, I dare to the rocky riverbed to take pictures from there.

In the past, the water masses of the Weißach fell around 30 meters at the Krebswasserfall. Since energy has been generated here, this natural spectacle can only rarely be observed. The almost dry bed of the waterfall illustrates all the more beautifully the force with which the water formed the hard rock over time. Polished channels, deep pools (basin-like whirlpools) and smoothly polished rocks bear witness to the tireless work of the flowing wave.
