This is a popular and very nice cave to visit. It's not too difficult and it has stairs at the entrance. As with the caves, you enter at your own risk. There is a map outside showing you what to expect.

The dirt road that leads to the Refugio de la Zapatilla ends with a small space to leave the car. There are some picnic tables and you are very close to the entrance of Sima de Alcorón.
