A large boulder marks the historical boundary between the villages of Lahe, Bothfeld, and Klein-Buchholz. It was erected in 2020 by local historian Gerhard Stoffert as a memorial to the village of Klein-Buchholz, which ceased to exist as an independent district following a 1979 Hanover city council resolution. The stone serves as a silent monument to the vanished district and a pleasant spot to pause and discover local history along the way.
