The brewing tradition in the municipality of Büderich, which was independent until 1975, goes back to 1672, when the Harding brothers started beer production here, which ended in 1982. The buildings are still preserved. A senior meeting place and apartments have been set up in the renovated brewing tower and the former administrative headquarters of the brewery.
