This vantage point is located at approx. 762 m above sea level. N.N., on the Swabian Alb, west of Gammelshausen in the district of Göppingen in Baden-Württemberg.
- the Swabian Alb North Edge Path (HW 1), the long-distance hiking trail of the Swabian Alb Association, leads over the "Fuchseck"
- since 2008 there is a panorama viewing platform with information boards
- View of the three Kaiserberge and the Voralb area
- the "Fuchseck" is also known under the name "Dr.-Theodor-Engel-Ruhe"
(T. Engel was born in Eschenbach and was a co-founder of the Swabian Alb Association, one of his favorite places was the "Fuchseck") - there is a memorial plaque
- The ascent from Eschenbach is said to be the hardest and steepest
