Memorial stone for Bodo Börries von Stockhausen. The von Stockhausen family. With the settlement of the property rights between the Imbsen parish and the fideicommissary owner Bodo Börries von Stockhausen on February 12, 1920, the latter renounced all claims to the church building in Imbsen and discharged his patronage obligations by paying 20,000 marks. Conversely, the church council renounced "all claims of a property nature that it could have against the current fideicommissary owner or his legal successor, as well as against later fideicommissary owners on the basis of the existing patronage, in particular those arising from any church building burden, so that the respective patron as such is no longer obliged to make any property payments on the basis of the patronage right."24 With the repeal of the KapG Imbsen on January 1, 1982, the patronage expired.
