"The decorative column by the sculptor Hermann Sörensen, which stands next to the swimming pool in Niebüll, is sporty. Predominantly square panels made of mahogany wood, which are attached to vertical stainless steel tubes in various sizes, characterize the work of art. The smaller panels have round openings that either open or filled with colored glass. The larger panels represent the topic of sport in different variations. The lively structured decorative column plays with the contrasts of the combined elements. "
