The interior shows a single nave covered with cross vaults and a large choir at the foot. We must highlight the magnificent main altarpiece, commissioned in 1557 from master Alonso de Berruguete, one of the main Spanish Mannerist sculptors; It was completed by his workshop and permanently installed in 1570.
