The Dijkmolen is a polder mill in the Dutch town of Maasland (municipality of Midden-Delfland). The mill is located on the Molenweg just outside the village, in front of the flour mill De Drie Lelies. The Dijkmolen was built in 1718, to replace an earlier mill, for the drainage of the Ommedijkse Polder (later called Dijkpolder). The mill has been owned by the Delfland Water Board since 1977 and is inhabited by the miller. The paddle wheel in the mill has a diameter of 6.50 meters. The Dijkmolen has a flight of 29.20 m, making it the largest historic windmill in the Netherlands. Until 1606 the former Dijkmolen was known as Kostverloren.

Opposite the Dijkmolen is an electric pumping station that has taken over the task of the mill. The capacity of this pumping station was increased in 2009 from 40 to 65 m3/min to prevent flooding in the future.
