The convenient driveway that leads to the summit of Monte Baldo can be traveled by car to the parking area marked off by hiking signs. Beyond the barrier you need to have an access permit and you can walk through it. You can easily reach the cable car station at high altitude by crossing pastures, semi-abandoned buildings and a military barracks.
