The Waregem - Ingelmunster railway line, which fell into disuse in 1985, has evolved into a beautiful and valuable nature reserve. This one and a half kilometer long bed is located in a former flood area of the Gaverbeek.
There is a cycle path next to the track bed, partly earth road, partly gravel path. The rails and sleepers are still there, albeit largely overgrown. There is even a train carriage on the tracks.
