Hiking

"Bordeira" (or borda) means "edge". But when people talk about the Bordeira on Santo Antao, they mean this impressive wall with the panoramic transport and hiking trail. The viewing point at the top with benches and a parasol has no name. A little further up you will find the small grove "Bons sonhos" with a few conifers and a bench. For me, every trip to this island includes a hike from Campo redondo via Bolona over the Bordeira down to Curral das Vacas to my accommodation (Casa Pinto).
