The Hotel Pałac Staniszów is surrounded by a charming park in the upper village of Staniszów (Stonsdorf). The late Baroque castle from the 18th century once belonged to the Counts of Reuß and was able to delight visitors as early as the 19th century. After a stay in Stonsdorf in 1816, the Polish Princess Izabela Czartoryska wrote, overwhelmed: “Beautiful nature, breathtaking surroundings”. The pretty, long foothill village is also known as the home of the herbal liqueur of the same name.
