I never believed it, I never walked barefoot, even though you know how healthy it is.
I went to the spa last year, where there were barefoot shoes in town, I bought some (Leguano) and started walking, unfamiliar but just great.
You should definitely start slowly!
I got so used to it that I can even run barefoot without it, awesome :-)) And of course at home too :-)))
Just try it!

The barefoot path is great, and everything is very clean and well maintained. the paved road is part of a regionally signposted half marathon round (red mark on the spot).
