Small pool generated by a perennial spring, known for centuries.
About two decades ago, the competent mountain bodies decided to reclaim several pools between the Poiana and the Colletto di Barzena with works that I considered, and still believe, to be infamous. With the result that most of these pools, including this spring, practically became ponds, filled in a short time by weeds and reeds.
A couple of structures suitable for picnics have been placed next to the pool.

I recommend staying a short time to those who are easily bitten by mosquitoes.

Pozza del Lino is a small pool of water generated by a perennial spring, located along a hiking trail near Leffe, in the province of Bergamo. It is a historic site, known for centuries, but in recent decades it has undergone reclamation work that has transformed its original nature, making it more similar to a pond with aquatic vegetation.A few picnic structures have been installed next to the pool, making it an ideal stopover for hikers. However, those sensitive to mosquito bites may want to limit their stay in this place
