Church of Cabo de Gata. The church was built in the 19th century, around 1855. It lacks a portal and its façade is crowned by a bell tower with three arches with bells. The interior consists of a rectangular nave with cross arches and stone columns, in the background is the Chapel of the Virgin of the Sea. It is surrounded by an external courtyard where mass is celebrated in summer.

The Church of the Salt Mines of Cabo de Gata is a Catholic Christian temple located in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, in Almería, Andalusia. It was built in 1907 to serve the workers of the nearby salt mines.

Hiking

This church was built at the beginning of the 20th century but as its use diminished, it fell into disrepair. In that state, it was used as a filming location for several video clips, advertisements, movies and even a series, perhaps the best known, La Casa de Papel. Finally the church was restored in 2012.
