The Graz Tramway Museum is well worth a visit. Founded in 1971 as an association, its mission is to preserve and restore Graz trams. Some of these historic trams occasionally travel as colorfully decorated attractions on the public tram network. Located in the former Mariatrost tram depot, the museum showcases a vibrant collection of vintage trams from Graz, Vienna, Munich, and New York.
