Even if it is a structure where access is not allowed, it is still a small picturesque corner along the Naviglio Martesana in Inzago
Being a private structure I fear that it is not possible to make an internal visit but only from the street

"The Vitali house makes a fine show of itself, from whose tower you embrace the Geradda plain". (Cesare CantĂč, Great Illustration of Lombardo Veneto, Milan, 1857) Villa Aitelli, which dates back to the second half of 1500, was built on the area of a convent of the Order of the Humiliated (16th century). The garden overlooking the canal has a dense vegetation of tall trees including a banana tree and a huge sequoia. Another large land belonging to the villa was cultivated, instead, in the English style. The building became the residence of Ludovico Moneta, at the time secretary of Carlo Borromeo. The property then passed to the Vitali family who carried out various renovations during which ancient religious artifacts were found, donated to the Church and still kept in the parish archives of the country.

            Brief historical note:
Well visible on the right bank of the Martesana for its high octagonal tower which dates back to when the villa was a church that belonged to the congregation of the Umiliati. When the order was dissolved (1571) Carlo Borromeo gave the building to his secretary Ludovico Moneta.
