Monastery Ćelije is right on the shore of the Gradac. Beautiful old church St. Arhangel Mihajlo from 13th century and the new one from 2007 dedicated to the modern saint St. Ava Justin philosopher who lived and died right here in Ćelije. His grave is right beside the church and sarcophagus with his remains is inside the old church.
Over the centuries Old church was damaged and burned multiple times so frescos are completely destroyed. Iconostas is from the last century, made by sisters from Pustinja monastery.
