Coming from the north (from the "Schwotte Heck" road), the trail initially presents a rough, bumpy ride, a real test even on a gravel bike. This continues until the "Olden Goren" road crossing.
From there, it's a great gravel trail all the way to Gemen Castle in Borken.
The above-mentioned section can be easily bypassed on either side of the busy B70.
