In 2021 a landslide damaged the Murgtalstrasse at this point, so that the route had to be closed.

At this point, thanks to the people who campaigned for this bridge! Thanks to this, you can drive the Murg Valley path completely again ... - at least by bike.

In my opinion, the best way to enjoy the Murg Valley is "uphill". From time to time horse-drawn carriages drive in the lower area. Almost regardless of the season, it is a lot cooler in the Murg Valley than in the surrounding area. A welcome cool down in summer. However, surprisingly COLD in spring or autumn. Therefore plan one more jacket :-).
