Tips
Nice little train station in the immediate vicinity of the Fürfurt canoe landing point.
The special feature: The railway barriers (right next to the platform) are still opened and closed by hand using a crank and wire pulls (see photo) - now an absolute rarity in Germany!
The listed station building was actually built in 1862 during the construction of the Lahn Valley route!
