Hidden in the dunes at the De Punt recreational area in Ouddorp are 18 concrete structures from the Second World War.
This bunker complex was constructed by the Germans as defense against a possible invasion from the sea. After the war, most bunkers disappeared under the sand, overgrown by brambles. A group of volunteers excavated the complex a few years ago, resulting in a walking route of approximately one kilometer along the various bunkers.translated by
