Built of blue stone rubble, this cylindrical mill stands 14 meters high on the left bank of the Sambre. The wings present a rare feature north of Paris: they are Berton type wings (wings of the Vendée mills), there are four Berton mills north of Paris. The wings of the mill stopped definitively before 1877.
