From the Patanaro or Cerasole gate it is possible to reach the main entrance to the ichthyol mines via path 169A. Alternatively you can head towards the Casone/Porta di Monte Diavolo or connect to the SP 25/b.

Valico del Patanaro, on one side the Serinese side (Cerasole) where it is possible to reach the river Sabato / Alta valle del Sabato, the Terminio and the acellica. From the Giffoni side, after passing the Casone, continue east halfway up to the pass called Porta di M. Diavolo / Il Vallone del Pagliariello, and the Monti Licinici or go down towards the factory / Giffoni.
