Stackpole Quay is a small harbor nestled into the cliffs and is a popular meeting place for kayakers heading to the caves and cliffs.
At low tide, a rocky beach appears. Be sure to check the tides beforehand to make sure there's enough beach and you're not cut off by the incoming tide!

Cared for by the National Trust, Stackpole Quay is a gorgeous little harbour with a stone quayside and a stony beach. It makes for an ideal kayaker launch point and there are often paddlers exploring the craggy coastline around here. The quay is a wonderful picnic spot as well as a lovely place for a swim. At high tide, there's little-to-no beach, so, if you want to get the most out of it, visit at a lower state of the tide.

There is a small kiosk here that offers tea and coffee.
