Orlica is the highest peak of the Polish part of the Orlické Mountains lying in the Central Sudetes, which rises at an altitude of 1084 m above sea level. It is a border peak, the peak of which lies on the Czech side of the border. Orlica is not the highest peak of this mountain range, it is the highest point on the Polish side of the border, the highest peak of the Orlické Mountains is in the Czech Republic Wielka Deszna, rising to an altitude of 1115 m above sea level.
