12.2025: With reference to the designation as a "Naturwald" (natural forest), the forestry administration has dismantled all bridges without replacement. The paths have not been abolished, but one now has to climb across the ditches, which is very difficult to do with a bike. This action was not coordinated with the city of Reinfeld. The city council is now working on rebuilding the bridges.
