Boxbrunn is located ten kilometers west-northwest of the city center Amorbach on a roughly 500 meters long elongated plateau. This leads from the Winkelberg 484 m near the city center on the narrow plains 495 m and the Neidhof 490 m through the location of Boxbrunn.
