This hill is easily accessible from Malham, but feels a million miles away. Once up here you can walk for miles on moorland paths without seeing another person while looking down on the fields full of cars in Malham. Weets can also easily be combined with some of the big sights in Malham such as Gordale Scar and Janet's Foss for a walk of two halves.

There's a real reward in getting your bike to the very top of a hill, and Weets top allows you to do that. From here there are two great single-track trails down - south towards Calton or east towards Hetton

A fell run to the top of a hill with superb views (and a trig point to boot) but without the pain of an overly steep climb. Take the paths from Hanlith or Calton for a more gradual and consistent gradient of ascent
