The Storchenhof offers apartments and cyclists' cabins and is a member of the NABU, ADFC and BETT + Bike. Kuhlrade is located in a typical north German lowland plain of farmland, pastures and forest land. The beautiful surroundings invite you to cycle. The Marlow bird park is a magnet for visitors. The nearby amber town Ribnitz-Damgarten with the German Amber Museum, the Schaumanufaktur Ostsee-Schmuck or the gallery in the monastery with Feininger cabinet is always worth a visit.
