The Niesenbahn consists of two individual trains, which means you have to change trains. The journey takes quite a long time and you climb 1,643 meters in altitude. The view from the Niesen is phenomenal, with a panoramic view of the three peaks, and especially Lake Thun and Lake Brienz are right at the feet of the Niesen. 🙂
