Anyone hiking from Sognefjellshytta to Fannaråkshytta has to cross the glacier. As a guided tour and with a guide, this section can also be done without prior knowledge. You only have to bring sturdy shoes, warm and waterproof clothing and a sense of adventure; you can borrow the rest of the equipment. Sunglasses, sunglasses and gloves are also recommended.
