The views are sensational. The section above Rüdesheim to Assmanshausen is worth a half-day excursion. You can ski on several levels in the vineyards and the inclines make it quite sporty. The quality of the paths is very different, from asphalt, concrete paths to gravel roads. Everything included, it's really fun.
